Get Divorce out of the Courts
This is the title of a recent radio interview on CBC’s The 180 with Jim Brown.
The interview refers to an interesting recent case from the Provincial Court of British Columbia in which the Judge ordered "a minimum of two years’ peace" in which the parents were to practice their compromising skills and stay out of Court for two years.
"The litigation process is not to be used by one to either bully or seek control over the other."
